Bella and the Science Fair

March - May 2010

Bella's 4th grade class assignment was to come up with a project for the science fair. Bella selected the topic: Will Plants grow better with Classical Music Playing 24 hours a day 7 days a week, or will they grown better in complete silence - all other conditions the same.
She put her question to the test.

After preparing the small labled pots, it was time to plant.
She Planted Pumpkins, morning glory, and sunflower seed

Final Results!!! Yes, plants exposed to classical music 24 hours a day do seem to thrive a little better and grow taller and healthier! Maybe we all need a little more classical music in our lives?
